Financial Management Specialist
Summary:
Responsible for validating, processing, and managing all financial transactions related to property leases and subleases. This includes invoice handling, payment settlements, cash collection and allocation, VAT recovery, and financial reporting. The role supports operational cost optimization and ensures compliance with client and internal standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience in international real estate operations)
- Background in accounting, finance, or economics preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in finance or real estate operations in an international setting is an asset
Language Requirements:
- Proficient in English (upper-intermediate level)
- French or another European language is a plus

- Strong IT proficiency, especially in MS Office

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Lease Finance Team in achieving performance targets across invoice processing, payments, credit control, and reporting
- Oversee and improve financial processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Validate and reconcile property-related expenditures and tenant recharges
- Manage accounts payable and receivable ledgers
- Handle service charge and cost reconciliations
- Resolve invoice queries and ensure timely payments
- Collect and allocate tenant payments
- Prepare SLA and KPI reports
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Identify and escalate risks or quality issues
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Assist with audits and maintain process documentation
