Responsibilities :
- Lead monthly SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) meetings and communicate forecast impacts to key stakeholders.
- Build and manage demand forecasts using sales data and market trends.
- Align planning strategies with sales and marketing insights.
- Create monthly capacity plans and ensure feasibility of production schedules.
- Maintain rolling 12-month supply and inventory plans.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to balance availability and efficiency.
- Develop master production schedules aligned with supply plans.
- Use MRP systems to plan material needs based on forecasts and constraints.
- Drive continuous improvement in SIOP planning across teams.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or other STEM field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–7 years of experience in supply chain planning
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems (SAP and JDE preferred)
- Power BI experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English communication in an international environment
- Team-oriented mindset
