We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development & Project Manager to lead operations and business development in Hungary.
Join a globally recognized ground improvement and soil remediation group, part of a major international engineering network. You’ll work closely with expert teams from France, Poland, and the Czech Republic, help to grow the business locally and deliver innovative infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities and client relationships
Manage geotechnical projects from design to execution
Oversee site operations, safety, and quality control
Coordinate with international engineering teams
Ensure compliance with contractual and technical standards
Requirements:
Degree in construction or civil engineering
5+ years of site experience (geotechnics, earthworks, or concrete)
Strong technical and project management skills
Fluent in English – Hungarian: confident in client presentations
Willingness to travel
Driving license required
Location: Budapest (home office or flexible office setup)
