Our partner is a multinational company in the real estate industry. They are looking for a Statutory Reporting & Audit Specialist colleague for their growing team, with flexible working hours.

 

The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in audit, or accounting, and have fluent English knowledge.

 

Your tasks will be as a Statutory Reporting & Audit Specialist:

  • Lead and manage statutory audit processes across EMEA
  • Act as the key contact for external auditors, outsourced providers, and internal teams
  • Prepare and review statutory financial statements
  • Support corporation tax computations and legal entity rationalization projects
  • Drive automation and process efficiency across reporting workflows
  • Respond to audit queries and ensure timely delivery of audit documentation
  • Contribute to ad-hoc finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience, ideally in outsourced finance environments
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a bonus
  • Excellent communicator with strong project management skills
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
  • Experience with Workday ERP and Hyperion HDM is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex functions)
  • Experience with USGAAP or IFRS is nice to have but not obligatory
