Our partner is a multinational company in the real estate industry. They are looking for a Statutory Reporting & Audit Specialist colleague for their growing team, with flexible working hours.
The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in audit, or accounting, and have fluent English knowledge.
Your tasks will be as a Statutory Reporting & Audit Specialist:
- Lead and manage statutory audit processes across EMEA
- Act as the key contact for external auditors, outsourced providers, and internal teams
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements
- Support corporation tax computations and legal entity rationalization projects
- Drive automation and process efficiency across reporting workflows
- Respond to audit queries and ensure timely delivery of audit documentation
- Contribute to ad-hoc finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience, ideally in outsourced finance environments
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a bonus
- Excellent communicator with strong project management skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
- Experience with Workday ERP and Hyperion HDM is a plus
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex functions)
- Experience with USGAAP or IFRS is nice to have but not obligatory
