These tasks will await you:
- Spearhead technical discussions during project and product kickoff, estimation, and planning sessions.
- Establish clear objectives and assume accountability for delivering on time.
- Ensure timely achievement of milestones by adhering to priorities set by the Product Owner or Project Manager.
- Maintain preparedness of technical assignments in alignment with the squad’s project.
- Provide excellent technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in managing pull-requests and conducting code reviews, refactoring, and creating value by writing code.
- Proficient in the programming languages and technology stack utilized by the squad (Python, JavaScript, Typescript, react, Kubernetes, Helm, Google Cloud Platform).
- Define performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Participate in the hiring process by conducting interviews, evaluating assignments, and contributing to decision-making.
- Foster close collaboration with other squads and departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and offer constructive feedback.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Ambition for leadership tasks, including team management and project oversight.
- Strong technical proficiency in API usage and in technologies such as Python, Node.Js, Typescript, react, Kubernetes, etc.
- Proficiency in programming principles (SOLID, DRY, MVC, API, OOP, Functional programming).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
What will make you stand out:
