EMEA Indirect Pre-Sales Manager
Our prestigious multinational client is looking for a Customer Facing professional who will oversee the success and support of specific “product and services” offers globally. Responsibilities include opportunity development, awareness promotion, and project planning. An OM also identifies contracts nearing renewal or conversion potential. The OM will need to quickly develop a thorough knowledge of offerings and capabilities and be able to guide sales teams in both strategic and tactical conversations regarding the preparation of business proposals.

Key responsibilities:
- Qualifying opportunities with sales teams and provide insights
- Validating opportunities within scope before contract creation
- Coordinating customer onboarding
- Providing first-line support for partners using our client’s Cloud Services
- Identifies contracts nearing renewal or conversion potential
- Monitors and reports on specific offers
- Ensures profitability, reviews Proposal Desk materials
- Evaluates enrolment requests
- NO people management is included
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher; preferably in Business
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience (program manager, sales, pre-sales or account management)
- Experience in managing a P&L is a plus
- Solid English communication skills (written and oral)
- French or German language knowledge is nice-to-have
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent time management, project management, communication, and coordination skills
- Keen eye for details and proactivity
