Our client is a globally operating company that provides sophisticated inventory, asset management, and supply chain optimization services to a wide range of industries — including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and the automotive sector — with the aim of delivering accurate, efficient, and tailored inventory management solutions to its customers.

To strengthen their local presence and market share in Hungary, they are seeking an experienced sales professional with a background in selling complex services. The role involves close collaboration with the regional manager, and they are looking for a senior-level candidate with an innovative mindset who can contribute fresh ideas and strategic direction to drive revenue growth in the Hungarian market.

Key responsibilites

  • Proactively cultivating a robust pipeline of prospective clients to meet and exceed defined revenue objectives.
  • Identifying and developing untapped market segments through strategic research and analysis.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end sales funnel using the organization’s CRM platform to ensure consistent progress and visibility.
  • Administering a designated sales region, including logistical coordination and scheduling of client engagements
  • Nurturing a portfolio of existing clients while implementing innovative approaches to enhance revenue streams and foster sustainable growth
  • Collaborating with clients to establish tailored inventory event protocols and maintaining comprehensive documentation to uphold data accuracy and reporting standards

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in simliar role: building up new sales pipelines and strategies (selling complex solutions, customized service design)
  • Experience in the stocktaking and inventory industry would be an advantage only
  • English at advanced level, native Hungarian
  • An effective team player with an appetite for a challenge  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to work autonomously, flexibly and as part of an international team
  • Driving license
