Global real estate company is looking for a Consultant, who will work as a part of the EMEA Portfolio and Location Strategy Team to deliver and support on projects and build strong relationships with their clients.

Your tasks will be as a Billing Administrator:
• Support senior team members to identify key client requirements for projects, and develop scope of work
• Scope and undertake required data collection and analysis
• Scope and undertake required research, including conducting secondary and primary research, participating in client interviews, and preparing and analyzing surveys
• Support in the development, presentation, and delivery of workshops, focus, groups, and group interactions with clients
• Prepare and interpret financial and commercial analysis to help solve complex problems
• Actively participate in business development opportunities
Nice to have:
• University degree preferably MSc in relevant subject (Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Geography etc.)
• From 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
• English language fluency
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
