The AR Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring the proper transactional flow of the AR processes by supporting performance delivery against process-level KPIs and influencing change management strategies around the enhancement of Accounts Receivable.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of AP Experience, people management experience, and fluent English and Hungarian knowledge.

Your tasks will be as an AR Team Lead:
- Support business users, and team members to understand AR processes and systems.
- Ensure AR transactional activities are delivered with a high standard of service.
- Support and coordinate the processing of reconciliation, investigation, and cash receipts queries and oversee the initiation of corrections within the AR system for the businesses in a timely and efficient manner.
- Address escalated issues to resolution.
- Issue resolution when dealing with internal users and customers, with a focus on agility, accountability, and outstanding communication.
- Support and educate internal users in navigating AR processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining and improving stakeholder relationships
- Develop, manage, and report AR performance metrics/KPIs.
- Act as point of contact for AR processes for the team members for escalated issue resolution.
- Ensure training for team members on AR processes.
- Standardize and harmonize key AR transactional processes.
- Ensure workflows and work procedures are valid and well documented.
- Implement agreed system and process improvements.
- Flawless execution of developing and implementing business transition activities.
- Assessing the effectiveness of change management initiatives implemented and providing feedback on the effectiveness.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc Economics Degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable
- 3+ years in acting as a Team Lead/Subject Matter Expert in Accounts Receivable
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with suppliers.
