Our multinational partner company is looking for an Accountant colleague for their team, who will support the CE business units within the group.
The ideal candidate should have about 1-2 years of accounting experience in a multinational environment, and fluent English knowledge.
Your tasks will be as an Accountant:
- Overseeing and supporting reporting activities for management, including: month end close reporting analysis, daily finance operation activities in collaboration with Operational Finance Manager.
- Collaboration with all finance team member at CE, bookkeeping, support in term of accruals and open item management, Prepayments, Fixed Assets, Intangible Assets, Liabilities, Accounts Payable and Taxes, supervised by the Operational Finance Manager:
- Other Assets – maintenance of the other assets clearing accounts
- GRIR report – governance of the open items –
- 3rd party aging report – governance of the open items
- Processing of Employee travel expenses
- Open PO (review on monthly basis for period end close)
- PO quality control and checking 90 days of po's
- Prepaid reports (review on monthly basis for period end close)
- To support and handle the AP/AR Balance confirmation and other compensation
- Managing revaluation based on the Month End close calendar requirements
- Analysis of AP invoices accruals
- Post non-po accruals based on department templates (creating the others)
- Broadcast, PRS accruals and others
- IC balance reconciliation, creating the monthly report
- Supporting of the accounting and bookkeeping processes related to the Tangible and Intangible Assets
- Working in compliance with Group Accounting Policies, NL and HU Accounting Standards
- Supporting internal and external audits for areas of responsibility
- Supporting various projects: testing implementations related accounting in BC requested by supervisor
Requirements:
- BSc or MSc Degree in Economics
- At least 2 years finance experience in global multinational companies
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills
- Flexible and self-motivated attitude
- Trained in ERP systems (preferably BC)
- Proficient in MS Office
