Job summary:
• Vendor Management – Ensure contractor compliance with all the contractual requirements and elements
• Monitoring of the vendor’s activities
• Coordinate monthly & quarterly operational reviews
• Review key performance indicators
• Run regular analysis in order to identity root causes, to prevent the decrease in performance or to avoid any critical situation or escalation.
• Validate (and run whenever is needed) monthly payments through SAP and PO
• Ensure that the defective parts and devices are returned
• Coordinate introduction of new products with partner: parts availability, technician training and documentation, etc.
• Act as interface with partner for all matters: technical, process, systems, financial
• Procurement – Actively participate with the Sourcing team and the Country in selection process (RFP/RFQ) of EMEA installation vendors
• Being the voice of the Central requirements and of the day-to-day operations
• Defining the scope of work, the new requirements
• Interviewing and selecting the potential candidates
• Coordinating the business case
• Negotiating pricing and measurement targets with vendor
• Coordinating contract elaboration
• Coordinate implementation of process documented by process design group

Requirements:
• 5 years professional experience
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Excellent in Excel analysis
• Project management and negotiation skills
• Experience in Service companies and service delivery organization
• Experience in purchasing and vendor management
• Autonomous, self-motivated, open minded, result and customer oriented
