A German multinational company is looking for an HR Administration Specialist colleague.

What you will be doing as an HR Administration Specialist:
• Be the go-to person for all Employee and Manager HR requests as first point of contact
for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Perform the administration for operational HR work along the employee life cycle with
special focus for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Accompany and support respective employees throughout their employee lifecycle with
a strong focus on maintaining files and data
• Document process changes and actively communicate it to all affected interfaces
• Capture and maintain employee data in the digital landscape, ensuring data quality and
access to be in line with policies
• Accompany internal HR projects as well as taking over special topics
• Identify improvement potential within your area of responsibility and drive the
implementation of respective improvement processes
• Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR
SCE


Nice to have:
• Fluency in English and German
• Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree
• 1+ years experience in providing high quality customer services regarding HR
administration
• Administrative as well as organizational skills
• Focus on quality management and strong customer orientation
• Advanced computer skills, including office applications, combined with tech &
digitization affinity, experience with SAP SFEC and ServiceNow beneficial
