The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of accounting experience and fluent English knowledge.

Your tasks will be as a Senior Accountant:

• Responsibility for the following cash and bank-related activities:

• Preparing manual payment requests in i-bank system
• Initiating fund request/cash flow planning

• Performs regular or ad hoc accounting tasks:

• Booking accruals, Tax related journals
• Issuing sales invoices
• Clearing GL accounts (matching payments vs accruals)

• Manages, monitors, and controls the outsourced Account Payable activities:

• Monitoring the correctness of vendor invoice postings and payment proposals
• Clarification of Aged items on AP GL accounts: identify errors, escalate issues, follow-up
• Ensures that the right process is followed and they are compliant with the company global policies and guidance

• Taking part in projects (for example: testing new SAP accounting solutions in test environment) 
• Performing SOX controls 

Requirements:

• Fluent English knowledge
• Experience and a good understanding of statutory and accounting processes (full scale accounting)
• Minimum 7 years experience in a wide range of accounting areas
• Finance or economics degree
• External service provider management experience is an advantage  
• Good communication skills and service minded attitude
