MULTILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

What you will be doing:
- Ensure the following transactions are done to the highest standard
- Order entry, order follow-up, stock information, backorder reports & invoicing, claim & return handling, and crediting
- Deal with customer calls and complaints effectively and professionally as per the service level agreement
- Ensure case and call logging to a high-quality standard with regular updates on cases until successful conclusion
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, and other relevant internal stakeholders
Requirements that make you the best candidate:
- Excellent communication skills in English + German/French/Italian/Hebrew
- Experience in a customer-facing role, including order processing is a plus
- Good MS Office skills
- Knowledge of SFDC and SAP desired
- Accurate and fast data entry skills
- Excellent organization skills
