Multilingual Customer Service Representative

Our partner company has developed into a recognized global leader in the growing life science research and clinical diagnostics markets. They are seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Customer Service team in Budapest.

What you will be doing:


  • Ensure the following transactions are done to the highest standard
  • Order entry, order follow-up, stock information, backorder reports & invoicing, claim & return handling, and crediting
  • Deal with customer calls and complaints effectively and professionally as per the service level agreement
  • Ensure case and call logging to a high-quality standard with regular updates on cases until successful conclusion
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, and other relevant internal stakeholders

Requirements that make you the best candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills in English + German/French/Italian/Hebrew
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, including order processing is a plus
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of SFDC and SAP desired
  • Accurate and fast data entry skills
  • Excellent organization skills
