Our multinational client in the 11th district is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Logistics focus)

What you will be doing as a Customer Service Representative:
• Order management
• Provide information on order status and delivery lead times
• Advise on stock availability, prices, and product information
• Process picking based on customer request
• Invoicing
• Analyse and follow-up the order portfolio
• Communication with sales offices
• Coordination and interaction with Logistics Provider
• Manage customer claims
• Monitor Customer Service KPI and reports
Requirements:
• Fluency in English
• 0-2 years’ experience in customer service or logistic roles
• Experience in SAP system is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Balkan languages could be an advantage
• Customer oriented attitude
• Reliability, reactivity, and dynamism
