Your tasks will be as an Accounts Payable Analyst:

• Minimise invoice volumes awaiting approval or being queried and minimize approval/query resolution times in the system
• Day to day identification of quality issues and risks and escalation of such issues
• Obtaining payment approvals
• Invoice posting
• Managing inter account bank transfers and manual payments
• Supporting the maintenance of BAU process documents
• Updating and maintaining Accounts Receivable & Payable ledgers
• Cash allocation
• Supporting bank reconciliations and query management
• Internal and external audit support

Nice to have:

• BSC/MSC degree is required
• 0.5 year relevant work experience is an advantage
• Fluent English
• MS Office knowledge
