Yours tasks as an AP Accountant

• Ensure that all vendor balances on the Accounts Payable are fully and accurately recorded
• Books all third party vendor invoices and sends invoices for approval if needed
• Agree all third party supplier balances ensuring the Accounts Payable reconciles both to supplier statements and to the General Ledger thus consistently reflecting all amounts due on the financial records
• Handles supplier queries and AP shared mailboxes.
• Make sure all suppliers invoices are paid as per schedule
• Prepares PTP related SOX reconciliations
• Participates in month end closings
• Review the A/P aging report for discrepancies
• Focal point of GRNI process, reviews report regularly and follows-up if needed
• Analysis statements from vendors
• Proposes improvement ideas on processes, automation

Nice to have

• Fluent in English and Hungarian
• 2 years’ experience in finance and accounting ( AP preferred)
• Analytical mindset
• Work effectively within cross-functional teams
