We’re partnering with a leading FMCG brand to find a driven trade marketing professional for a newly created role covering Hungary, Austria, and Switzerland.

This exciting position will shape and lead trade marketing initiatives across the region, aligning with brand and commercial goals. You’ll work closely with both central and local sales teams to boost in-store execution and ensure a seamless journey from brand strategy to customer experience.

This is a hybrid role with regional travel, offering a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development and coordination of B2B and B2C sales promotions across markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and adaptability for national, channel, or customer-specific execution
  • Supports local teams in rolling out promotions in line with sales plans and agreed performance metrics
  • Develop compelling sell-in decks for sales teams based on promotional concepts
  • Analyzing sales data, customer insights, and competitor’s activity in order to determine the effectiveness of trade promotions
  • Coordinate with central trade marketing and agencies to finalize visuals and toolkits
  • Localize materials for language and customer needs
  • Ensure legal compliance and timely production with legal and print partners
  • Oversee digital activation (e.g. online entry, SMS) and launch timing
  • Manage prize sourcing, delivery and fulfillment
  • Support consumer promotions at key events
  • Track campaign performance and ROI for future improvement
  • Manage procurement and third-party coordination to support market execution
  • Handle budget tracking, POs, invoicing, and logistics for promo-related items
  • Identifying regional synergies and assisting local teams across the region
  • Monitoring new trends and competitors, preparing reports

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in similar role (trade marketing experience, preferably in FMCG sector) – at least 2-3 years
  • Open to regional travel (covered countries: Hungary, Austria, Switzerland), in each quater
  • English must have, German is a huge plus
  • Initiative-driven personality with positive, solution-focused mindset
  • Strong time management; handles daily tasks and long-term projects
  • Confident influencer and team player
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and goes the extra mile
  • Solid PowerPoint & Excel skills
