Key Responsibilities

Provide positive candidate experience - our Google Review is 4,9* - source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various job openings by providing a professional service
Fostering and developing close working relationship with our varied client portfolio – from clients across all industries
Collaborate with hiring managers, educate and counsel to fulfil their staffing needs
Expand sourcing channels besides actively using Boolean, LinkedIn and database
End-to-end recruitment responsibility, including business development

Requirements

At least 3 years of recruitment experience in the manufacturing, engineering, or IT sector.
College/University degree
English intermediate and Hungarian fluent
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Open, honest, and fair attitude
Positive and optimistic
Self-motivated to perform
