We are currently looking for an experienced HR Assistant with a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant professional experience. The role requires a high level of autonomy, a proactive attitude, and a solution-oriented mindset.

We are seeking a candidate who is committed for the long term and can reliably support HR operations while continuously contributing to the efficient functioning of the organization.

Due to the international background, intermediate-level language skills (English) are required.

The position primarily involves office presence, with limited home office opportunities available – once a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining employee records and time tracking administration
  • Active participation in recruitment and selection processes: handling job advertisements, pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the candidate database, as well as coordinating offboarding processes (in a low-turnover environment)
  • Managing HR administration and documenting internal changes (employment contracts, job descriptions)
  • Identifying training needs and organizing training programs (including German and English language training)
  • Coordinating annual occupational health examinations
  • Supporting payroll processes: providing data to an external payroll provider and clarifying discrepancies
  • Monitoring and ensuring availability of occupational safety equipment
  • Supporting employees in HR-related matters
  • Contributing to the development, implementation, and updating of HR processes
  • Preparing reports, analyses, and statistics based on management needs
  • Providing executive assistance, coordinating travel and transfer arrangements for international colleagues

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant HR assistant experience
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in handling documentation and records
  • Strong user-level IT skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
  • The position requires on-site presence; home office is available up to 2 days per month
