Our American multinational partner is looking for a Card Admin & Expense Associate to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 year of Finance & Accounting (especially T&E / P-card experience), and fluent English language knowledge.

Your tasks will be as a Card Admin & Expense Associate:

  • Manage daily administration of T&E and P-card programs, including cardholder lifecycle
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees, stakeholders, and card providers
  • Monitor transactions, resolve issues and escalations
  • Support month-end closing
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, and maintain documentation

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing (T&E/P-card experience is a plus)
  • Degree (or ongoing studies) in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Strong English communication skills and good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience with Concur or ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset with ability to multitask
