Our multinational partner company is looking for an Accounting & Tax Expert colleague for their team, who will support the CEE region.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounting experience, including hands-on work with financial statement preparation and taxation.
Your tasks will be as an Accounting & Tax Expert:
- Support month‑end closing and management reporting; assist daily finance operations with the Finance Controller
- Collaborate with external service providers; advise on accounting and tax matters
- Update and align accounting policies, workflows, and internal standards
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns; ensure compliance with statutory and group requirements
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain and reconcile tax accounts; ensure accurate and timely tax payments
- Assist with Transfer Pricing documentation and intercompany transaction accuracy
- Monitor accounting systems, identify risks, and maintain organized financial records
- Recommend tax‑saving opportunities and stay updated on tax and accounting regulations
- Work closely with the Senior Accountant Team Leader to implement proper accounting and tax policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, including experience in financial statement preparation and taxation
- Chartered Accountant qualification
- Flexible and problem-solving attitude
- Intermediate English knowledge
- Has good time management and ability to work under various deadlines
