Our international partner is seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to join their close‑knit local HR team. This is a fixed‑term opportunity to take on a broad range of HR responsibilities within a well‑established global organisation.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the full spectrum of HR activities and contribute to the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the HR operation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing hands‑on support across all areas of the local HR function
- Taking part in HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, learning & development, compensation topics, and talent processes
- Supporting both regular and ad‑hoc HR and payroll‑related activities
- Coordinating the end‑to‑end payroll cycle in line with internal timelines
- Administering benefit programmes (fringe benefits/cafeteria) and other incentives
- Managing the employee lifecycle, from contract preparation to exit processes
- Overseeing onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth employee experience
- Maintaining accurate employee records and labour documentation
- Building strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders
- Working closely with the Recruitment team, assisting with hiring when needed
- Helping to organise and administer training programmes (e.g. language, finance, Excel)
What we are looking for
- University degree (Bachelor or Master), preferably with a focus on Human Resources
- 2–3 years of experience in HR roles; SSC background is a strong advantage
- Confident command of English, both written and spoken
- Independent, self‑driven working style with strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of Hungarian labour law and payroll‑related regulations
- Strong IT literacy: advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
