Our multinational partner company is looking for an Accounting & Tax Expert colleague for their team, who will support the CEE region. 

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounting experience, including hands-on work with financial statement preparation and taxation.

Your tasks will be as an Accounting & Tax Expert:

  • Support month‑end closing and management reporting; assist daily finance operations with the Finance Controller
  • Collaborate with external service providers; advise on accounting and tax matters 
  • Update and align accounting policies, workflows, and internal standards
  • Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns; ensure compliance with statutory and group requirements
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Maintain and reconcile tax accounts; ensure accurate and timely tax payments
  • Assist with Transfer Pricing documentation and intercompany transaction accuracy
  • Monitor accounting systems, identify risks, and maintain organized financial records
  • Recommend tax‑saving opportunities and stay updated on tax and accounting regulations
  • Work closely with the Senior Accountant Team Leader to implement proper accounting and tax policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, including experience in financial statement preparation and taxation
  • Chartered Accountant qualification
  • Flexible and problem-solving attitude
  • Intermediate English knowledge
  • Has good time management and ability to work under various deadlines
