Multinational company is looking for an Executive Assistant colleague who could be responsible for supporting the CEO in complex processes. Beside organizational tasks, you could also participate in contract and fleet management, be responsible for meeting administration and support operation and management.
Salary range belonging to the position: gr. 600.000-750.000 HUF- the salary available to applicants within the specified salary range may vary depending on professional experience

- Calendar management for the CEO
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents
- Organize business trips

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian
- 2-3+ years experience in an executive assistant or office manager role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
