Job summary:
• Act as point of contact for the region and manage and keep track on regional learning activities
• Support in learning demands analysis and set up regional training plan; schedule and organize training offerings
• Support the learning services of HR Solution Center Europe to ensure delivery of a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience and customer satisfaction
• Drive the foundation setting of learning standards, processes and policies across the HR SCE
• Accompany internal HR projects as well as taking over special topics
• Engage in the implementation and harmonization of international HR SCE service standards, processes, policies together with other SCE leads

• 1-2 years of experience in delivering high quality customer services in HR, preferably learning services
• Experience in establishing learning services as well as developing procedures and processes
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Completed studies in business administration or comparable degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Enjoying working in an international environment with a mindset of thinking global / acting local
• Advanced computer skills, including office applications, combined with tech & digitization affinity, experience with SAP SFEC and ServiceNow beneficial
