Your tasks as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst:
• Prepare customer-level outlook for volume, revenue and cost on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Monitor and analyse revenue allocation and trend to estimate the unit rate in the revenue outlook
• Provide input to the yearly plan for volume and revenue
• Liaise with Business and Operations for any business event impacting P&L
• Prepare proposals on possible revenue recognition accruals at month end
• Monitor manual (ad-hoc) invoices and anticipate impacts to P&L
• Closely monitor correct revenue recognition, report any discrepancies and liaise with Accounting to issue resolution
• Liaise with Accounting on transfers between business segments
• Weekly revenue tracking
• Prepare performance reports
Nice to have:
• 3+ years of work experience in finance operations and accounting
• Experience in process automation and finance transitions
• Fluent English language skills (German or French is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Economics or Finance)
• Good excel knowledge and US GAAP
