Our multinational Shared Service Center (SSC) client (located in Budapest, XIV: district) is looking for an experienced Recruiter for its internal HR team.

Job summary:
- Active participation in recruitment and selection:
- publishing vacancies (internal/external), updating job advertisements based on the guidance of hiring managers,
- pre-screening of candidate materials,
- scheduling interviews,
- conducting first and second-round interviews,
- recommending suitable candidates to the hiring managers.
- Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and other databases.
- Maintaining communication with agency recruiters, applicants, and candidates, communicating both positive and negative decisions either directly or indirectly (via agency recruiters).
- Handling internal candidates received through the candidate referral process, pre-screening their materials, and organizing interviews.
- Utilizing job boards, databases, and LinkedIn.
- Maintaining and updating all applicant and candidate databases. Operating the Talent Link (ATS) system in a GDPR compliant way.
- Preparing ad-hoc recruitment reports in Excel.
- Active participation in job fairs, including organization and execution.
- Establishing and maintaining close, reliable, and collegial relationships with other departments and leaders to ensure an optimal and timely recruitment and selection process.
- Training new line managers on recruitment processes and the systems used.
- Updating the recruitment policy and process documentation to ensure it is always up to date
Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor studies
- Minimum 2-3 years of profound experience in recruitment
- Self-starting attitude and ability to work independently
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and prioritize the right things at the right time
- Advanced computer skills, advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with working in an Applicant-tracking system is beneficial
- Fluency in English is a must, other European language knowledge is an advantage
- Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with different organizational levels
- Stakeholder management skills as well as interest in being in close contact to employees, managers and local HR
- Proactive working style with the ability to perform tasks to a high degree of accuracy
- Strong administrative and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, esp. when managing multiple open requisitions
- Focus on quality management, full attention to details and strong customer orientation
