Job summary:
• Manage the monthly payroll operations across the assigned cluster in line with the service level agreements
• Perform the required checks to the monthly payroll accounting balances
• Work with internal Risk and Control teams on internal audit controls and identify control improvements
• Be in direct contact with the EMEA Regional Total Rewards Manager and escalate relevant issues promptly
• Collaborate with all relevant HR Shared Services teams on reengineering, migration, and automation of payroll activities
• Manage the team of payroll analysts ensuring they comply with all policies and procedures
• Focus on the continuous development of the payroll team members by arranging training, coaching and team building activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/University degree
• 5+ years of HR operations experience including expatriates and benefits
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• In depth knowledge of best practice payroll methodologies and employee / employer tax legislation
• Sound financial management skills
• Strong people management and leadership skills
