Your tasks as a Marketing Manager:

• Coach, motivate and develop the local Marketing team
• Initiate and manage marketing campaigns including social media and public relations
• Organize business events
• Initiate, facilitate and present (physically and digitally) about products and marketing efforts
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams incl. sales team and EMEA Marketing team to develop and manage initiatives that drive sales and retention
• Develop communications and marketing strategies and campaigns to support existing and new products, services, and market segments
• Responsible for creating an annual Marketing Plan in support of regional and global objectives and develop and track budgets
• Cooperate with different departments within the company
• Analyse and track campaign results in detail, draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate decision making and next steps.

Nice to have:

• Master’s degree in an economic or Marketing related education
• Minimum 8 years of relevant Marketing and/or Sales experience with at least a first experience on strategic level and minimum 2 years of people management experience, preferably with virtual teams
• Excellent English skills
• You have strong presentation skills and are willing to speak in front of people (physically and virtually)
• Strong affinity with Marketing Communications and in particular social media
