JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Managing all operations within the country 

• Researching the on-site region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly 

• Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times 

• Prepare business performance reports monthly or quarterly basis 

• Responsible for Business Development in Hungary and Europe 

• Responsible for recruiting and managing staff, including performance monitoring and possibly mentoring and/(or) training 

• Negotiating with third parties in line with customer demands 

• Collaborating with local businesses to acquire all necessary resources and services 

• Contribute to the overall global success of our company 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering 

• Minimum 10 years similar work experience 

• Preferably experience in construction and solar area 

• Very good knowledge of English and Hungarian
