What you will be doing:

• Resolves complex IT infrastructure issues that cannot be resolved by the Level 1 support team
• Provides technical support to end users on a variety of IT infrastructure issues
• Monitors IT infrastructure systems and reports any problems to the IT team
• Performs routine maintenance on IT infrastructure equipment
• Troubleshoots and resolves IT infrastructure problems
• Installs and configures new IT hardware and software
• Manages third-party service providers and ensures that they are meeting their service level agreements
• Stays up-to-date on the latest IT technologies and best practices

Requirements that make you the best candidate:

• Strong understanding of IT service management, including the principles of service design, service delivery, and service improvement
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server 2008 to 2022, Microsoft WinXp to Win10
• Excellent English, both written and verbal, knowledge
• ITIL certification (minimum v.3)
