Job summary:
• Support HR transition projects
• Participate in knowledge transfers and other service transition activities
• Support HR Business Process Analysts in HR system implementation tasks
• Investigate and deploy connection between systems and processes
• Support Change Request Management activities on country level, for entire HR Service system landscape (Success Factors, OpenText, ServiceNow) including the submission, follow-up, and implementation of defined change requests
• Document business requirements in user stories and align with relevant IT and business stakeholders
• Support HR Business Process Analysts in liaison with the IT organization in handling questions and solve Tier3 escalations
• Support all Access Management activities, providing access and solving access related issues
• Support Role assignment and solving role related issues
• Participate in system and process improvements
• Support Testing coordination tasks f
• Assist with HR knowledge management activities
• Create and update system and process documentation
• Train new and existing employees about processes and usage of HR systems
• Support the administration of HR processes and procedures along the employee life cycle and complete daily operational activities
• Capture and maintain employee data in the digital landscape, ensuring data quality and access to be in line with policies
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in HR projects (HR Transition and / or HR System implementation)
• Fluent French and English language skills
• A continuous improvement mindset
• Advanced computer skills
