 Our prestigious multinational partner company is looking for a talented HR Process Consultant, who will support the Employee Experience & Services teams in making high-impact process optimizations, experience enhancements and drive data-driven decisions. This role will provide process, experience, adoption, and business solution thought leadership to improve the employee experience.

Job Summary:
• Understand global priorities in the People organization to help drive processes enhancements and data strategies to improve efficiency and program outcomes
• Enables effective decision making by proactively leveraging best practices, cross functional collaboration, retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into consumable and actionable business outcomes
• Consulting with projects to deliver value added services by questioning and partnering to achieve desired business and process outcomes
• Partnering with COE teams to gather requirements, conduct design workshops, identify fit gap, create, or update functional specifications and use cases
• Collaborates with COE experts and process analysts to develop functional design based on requirement gathering, best practices and partner with TDS to determine viability and solution
• Leading and supporting the hand-off for functional artifacts and documents through the technology change cycle – to help support and enable configuration, unit testing, and deployment that TDS will drive
• Ensuring quality assurance by developing strategies for testing, auditing, data usage, and trends.
• Consulting and enabling process documentation and change communication for process updates/enhancements
• Key partner to the People Lifecycle and Services delivery team to facilitate Release, Upgrade and Change Request activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent in English
• 4+ years of experience consulting with HCM services and support areas
• Previous experience of working with people processes and platforms in the people lifecycle and services space
• Previous experience with process optimization, deployment or supporting internal HR clients on People process and services platforms
• Workday HCM Functional experience & specialized knowledge of core HCM (Hire, Onboarding and Termination). Recruiting, Time and Leave, Talent modules are a plus
• Workday process integration with Services Now or other ticket/case management platforms is a plus
• Results orientated, willingness to commit to a direction and drive operations to completion
• Good relationship management skills with the ability to manage senior relationships across all the business, regional and global functional areas
