Our American multinational partner company is looking for a French Speaking Service Delivery Specialist for their dynamic and supportive team.

Your tasks will be in the position:
• Take charge of managing and executing contracted managed services in alignment with
customer statement of work
• Drive day-to-day operations, including maintaining accuracy in the install base,
managing device change, issue resolution and consumables management
• Keep communication with customers clear, relevant and timely
• Deliver accurate and timely reports as per company’s standards
• Ensure that service performance metrics to meet SLA requirements
• Collaborate with suppliers, partners and internal teams to enhance process
improvement and customer support
• Conduct through root cause analysis for product or service-related defects when
necessary
• Monitor, review and respond to help desk requests for all repair
Requirements:
• Experience in Operations/Service Delivery role; handling issue resolution, general
service delivery concerns, escalation management
• Customer interaction experience with enterprise level clients
• 2+ years experience in an operations role
• Experience with the delivery of operations through the use of technology solutions
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers via phone and email
• Fluent Business English, fluent Business French
