Yours tasks as a Financial Controls and Project Specialist:

• Maintain auditing matrix on regular basis to ensure that is in line with the Group requirements
• Support the Head of SSC ensuring compliance of all assigned countries with accounting policies and internal controls
• Coordinate internal and external audits involving the supported businesses - ensure internal and external auditors requests are timely delivered and escalate issues to manager
• Monitoring the preparation of the controls
• Follow up ineffective controls with the respective functions to have remediation in place
• Support Central EMEA Controller and US corporate internal control and provide active support to different areas for design local procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant internal requirements
• Co-ordinate and drive the statutory accounts compliance reporting for European companies

Nice to have:

• Able to communicate in English and Hungarian
• 2-3 years of Auditing or Internal Control experience + SOX
• Service Centre experience in accounting
• Ad hoc travel requirement
• Excellent Excel skills
