Employee & Manager Services Specialist

Our multinational partner company is looking for a German speaking Employee & Manager Services Specialist candidate.

Job summary:
- Be the go-to person for all Employee and Manager HR requests as first point of contact to solve respective inquiries across the DACH region
- Support the development of Employee and Manager services standards, processes and policies to provide a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience
- Contribute actively in HR projects and engage in the further development of HR-relevant structures/processes
- Identify improvement potential within your area of responsibility and drive the implementation of respective improvement processes
- Document process changes and actively communicate it to all affected interfaces
- Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR SCE
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ work experience in providing high-quality customer services regarding HR administration
- Fluent in English & German
- Administrative and advanced computer skills
- Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree
- Experience with SAP SFEC and ServiceNow beneficial
- Focus on quality management, full attention to details and strong customer orientation
