Demand Planner and Customer Service Supervisor

Job summary:
Oversees and plans demand and supply for a product portfolio with high accuracy across all time horizons. Ensures optimal stock levels, prevents shortages or excess, and manages end-to-end customer order processing to deliver excellent service and meet quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Manages the local Supply Chain team (with one direct report).
- Optimizes end-to-end supply chain processes, costs, inventory, and customer service to meet targets.
- Reviews and manages mid- to long-term sales and production forecasts.
- Places and tracks orders from production sites, suppliers, and co-packers to meet demand.
- Oversees customer order processing for designated sales partners.
- Coordinates with logistics providers to ensure efficient warehousing operations.
- Manages co-packing activities focusing on availability, cost-efficiency, and raw material supply.
- Monitors aging stock and takes action to prevent write-offs.
- Ensures timely processing of customer orders.
- Tracks and ensures adherence to daily KPIs.
Requirements :
- Holds a university degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Has 2+ years of experience in supply chain roles, ideally within international FMCG companies.
- Skilled in SAP ERP systems and BI reporting tools.
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes.
- Reliable in providing accurate data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills in international settings.
- Demonstrates a structured, flexible, and prioritized work approach.
