Yours tasks will be as a Continuous Improvement and Internal Controls Expert:

• Support Manager in executing strategic objectives of the department, drive CI strategy execution
• Actively participates in and leads control issue resolution
• Communicate complex technical issues to non-technical experts
• Prepare functional specification of KPI and other Process Management reports
• Manage process design improvements
• Influencing all key stakeholders of the process to achieve sustainable change
• Track and process design improvements within set principles
• Work with other areas to develop supporting process architecture in response to changes in activities
• Maintain change control within a Process Architecture
• Working with Internal Controls/Internal Audit and Compliance teams
• Supports compliance reporting
• Process automation, optimization opportunities, in close and active collaboration with Finance Team Leads and Management, evaluate new technologies

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+years of related experience (SSC Finance Operations with Continuous Process Improvement, Reporting)
• Previous experience of process design and accounting (AR/AP/GL)
• Project management skillset and digitalization/automation mindset
• Fluent English
