Job summary

  • Provide comprehensive support to IBA employees throughout their employment lifecycle, with a strong focus on HR operations and administrative processes for the Spanish market.
  • Independently manage core HR operational activities, including contract creation, onboarding and offboarding, organizational changes, certificate issuance, and documentation, ensuring alignment with established standards and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, while ensuring high-quality digital documentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with Spanish labor laws and internal HR policies across all processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional HR teams (e.g., Payroll, HR Business Partners, Recruitment) and business stakeholders to deliver a seamless employee experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operations by proposing and implementing enhancements.
  • Support HR reporting and analytics by preparing regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics (e.g., KPIs, headcount) using Excel or other tools; analyze trends and provide actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Document process changes clearly and communicate effectively with all impacted parties.
  • Assist with internal HR audits and compliance checks related to Spanish operations.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer initiatives and support the onboarding of new HR team members.
  • Engage in cross-country or cross-functional HR projects, contributing expertise and insights where applicable.

 

Requirements:

  • University or College degree, preferably in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on employee life-cycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Experience in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and certificates, ensuring full legal compliance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Excellent communication in Spanish
  • Fluent in English
