Senior Project Manager
Join a dynamic IT company established in 2003, employing over 170 professionals, and delivering business-critical applications using the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies across various industries. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our PM team and contribute to our growing demand for unique solutions implemented at numerous large corporate clients.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Project Management: You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered within contractual frameworks. This includes setting up project operations, role distributions, maintaining continuous control over progress, managing bottlenecks, and ensuring team members can perform their tasks as planned.
- Methodology Integration: Select and tailor project methodologies to suit specific situations and manage them consistently across different projects, adjusting as necessary.
- Reporting and Controlling: Produce and communicate accurate status reports both internally and to clients, gather and process inputs, and provide transparent and honest updates.
- Risk and Change Management: Continuously analyze project risks, develop and implement action plans with project team members, and manage any changes within the project scope effectively.
- Client Management: Represent our side in client interactions, managing relationships with business leaders and system operators, and striving for win-win situations through long-term collaborations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree in fields such as Business Informatics, Engineering Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Technical Management, or Economics.
- At least 4 years of experience as a project manager in software development projects.
- Proficiency in both traditional waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills and precision.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and establish cooperative relationships.
- Experience in an English-speaking environment and confident in negotiating and problem-solving in English.
