Join our multinational partner’s rapidly expanding team as a Regional Brand Lead.

The ideal candidate has at least 10+ years of experience in strategic Marketing in international environment and is fluent in English.

Job summary:

  • Develop and execute regional brand strategies and long-term growth plans for a diverse product portfolio.
  • Lead annual brand planning processes, including communication, media, innovation, and activation strategies.
  • Drive end-to-end implementation of marketing initiatives across multiple markets, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance in collaboration with local leadership teams.
  • Monitor and influence key business performance indicators, including sales growth, profitability, and return on investment.
  • Identify business opportunities and proactively manage potential risks to achieve commercial targets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with departments such as sales, supply chain, product development, market insights, and other key business functions.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies and strategic partners to deliver high-quality marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Support the development and execution of customer engagement and digital commerce initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering collaboration and high performance across a matrix organization.
  • Act as a key stakeholder within an international environment, influencing decision-making and driving alignment across countries and functions.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in strategic and operational marketing within an international organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth through successful brand and portfolio management.
  • Strong experience in innovation management and go-to-market execution.
  • Solid financial acumen, including budget ownership and P&L responsibility.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working within complex matrix organizations and multi-country environments.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • International exposure and experience working across different markets and cultures are highly desirable.
