Our international partner is seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to join their close‑knit local HR team. This is a fixed‑term opportunity to take on a broad range of HR responsibilities within a well‑established global organisation.

Duration: approx. 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support the full spectrum of HR activities and contribute to the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the HR operation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing hands‑on support across all areas of the local HR function
  • Taking part in HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, learning & development, compensation topics, and talent processes
  • Supporting both regular and ad‑hoc HR and payroll‑related activities
  • Coordinating the end‑to‑end payroll cycle in line with internal timelines
  • Administering benefit programmes (fringe benefits/cafeteria) and other incentives
  • Managing the employee lifecycle, from contract preparation to exit processes
  • Overseeing onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth employee experience
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and labour documentation
  • Building strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders
  • Working closely with the Recruitment team, assisting with hiring when needed
  • Helping to organise and administer training programmes (e.g. language, finance, Excel)

 Requirements:

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master), preferably with a focus on Human Resources
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles; SSC background is a strong advantage
  • Confident command of English, both written and spoken
  • Independent, self‑driven working style with strong attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of Hungarian labour law and payroll‑related regulations
  • Strong IT literacy: advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Enjoy working in an international setting, balancing global guidelines with local execution
