Your tasks will be as a Payroll Specialist:
- Ensure accurate wage, tax, and deduction calculations
- Manage dependents for tax and benefits
- Main contact for outsourced payroll solution
- Manage interface and SLAs with payroll provider
- Ensure delivery of net pay and third-party payments
- Coordinate with government agencies for payroll matters
- Perform quarterly account reconciliations and year-end activities
- Support payroll forecasting and budgeting
- Provide monthly payroll and statistical reports
- Prepare accruals for accounting and controlling
- Review and transfer Payroll GL files, prepare postings
- Prepare statutory returns and reports on employee compensation and leave
- Internal contact for payroll-related queries, wage tax and social security queries from employees
Requirements:
- Prior Payroll Processing experience of Payrolls for at least 2 to 3 or more years
- Proficient and competent in Vendor management
- Excellent numerical skills
- Well-developed administration skills - data input, record keeping
- Effective communication skills & proficiency in English language
- Any other European language knowledge is a plus
- Capability to work with minimum supervision and problem-solving skills
- Initiative, adaptability and flexibility
- Good communication skill
