Our American multinational partner company is looking for a Payroll Specialist colleague for their dynamic and supportive team.

Your tasks will be as a Payroll Specialist:

  • Ensure accurate wage, tax, and deduction calculations
  • Manage dependents for tax and benefits
  • Main contact for outsourced payroll solution
  • Manage interface and SLAs with payroll provider
  • Ensure delivery of net pay and third-party payments
  • Coordinate with government agencies for payroll matters
  • Perform quarterly account reconciliations and year-end activities
  • Support payroll forecasting and budgeting
  • Provide monthly payroll and statistical reports
  • Prepare accruals for accounting and controlling
  • Review and transfer Payroll GL files, prepare postings
  • Prepare statutory returns and reports on employee compensation and leave
  • Internal contact for payroll-related queries, wage tax and social security queries from employees

Requirements:

  • Prior Payroll Processing experience of Payrolls for at least 2 to 3 or more years
  • Proficient and competent in Vendor management
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Well-developed administration skills - data input, record keeping
  • Effective communication skills & proficiency in English language
  • Any other European language knowledge is a plus
  • Capability to work with minimum supervision and problem-solving skills
  • Initiative, adaptability and flexibility
  • Good communication skill
