We are looking for a colleague for our international partner company, which specializes in ERP and IT platform support across Europe, for the following position:
IT Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support for in-house users on ERP and related IT platforms
- Traveling to European countries when remote support is insufficient
- Developing queries and reports to support business operations and management
- Creating in-house applications using .NET, Python, or Java
- Designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs
- Participating in user testing for ERP and MLM system changes
- Supporting team members via email, phone, and direct collaboration
- Understanding and assisting with financial and sales-related system changes
Requirements:
- BSc in IT/Engineering or equivalent
- IT Diploma – Microsoft Platform
- Valid residence permit with no work restrictions
- 3+ years of experience in SQL development and/or administration
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, complex SQL queries, stored procedures
- Familiarity with Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, or similar tools
- Experience with C# and .NET Core or Java
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and SOAP Web Services
- Experience with version control systems (preferably Git)
- Middleware knowledge for data integration between applications
- Full-stack development experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalents)
- Business logic understanding and ability to support financial and sales processes
