German speaking Senior Collection Analyst (13.district, 2HO/week)

Join our multinational partner’s rapidly expanding team as a German speaking Senior Collection Analyst.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of collection experience and is fluent in English and German.

Job summary:

Review AR ageing reports
Perform collection & dunning
Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process
Qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C
Manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility
Contribute to business and customer collection strategy reviews
Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs
Develop expert level knowledge of the activities in scope and local knowledge of entities in scope, become a super-user
Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities
Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition

Requirements:

2–3 years collection experience
Fluent in German and English
BSc or MSc Degree
Broad understanding of Customer invoice to Cash process and activities
Hands-on knowledge of collections & receivable activities
Computer literate and familiar with accounting applications (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
Good communication skills
Attentive to detail and works with precision
