Our multinational partner company is looking for HR Specialist with recruitment focus and excellent French speaking knowledge.

Your tasks will be as an HR Specialist:

  • Support HR Service Transition: Assist with the transition of HR processes, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and process implementation.
  • HR Process Execution & Administration: Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, offboarding processes.
  • Employee Data Management & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems.
  • Support Employee Queries & Issue Resolution: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes and policies.
  • HR Process Improvement: Identify, initiate, and drive process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives, implementing them in HR operations to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance service delivery.
  • Training & Development: Provide training on HR processes and systems to employees and HR team members.
  • Operational Reporting & Metrics: Support the generation of HR reports and tracking of key service delivery metrics.
  • Support HR Projects: Participate in HR projects, contributing to the implementation of new initiatives or changes to policies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in business administration or comparable degree
  • > 3 years of experience in delivering high-quality customer services in an HR Shared Service environment
  • Experience in HR projects
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Good communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Focus on quality management, full attention to details and strong customer orientation
  • Advanced computer skills, including office applications, combined with tech & digitization affinity
  • Fluent in English and French
