Senior IT Business Analyst

Join a well-established IT company founded in 2003, with a stable financial background and over 50 recurring enterprise clients. The company focuses on developing and maintaining applications that solve business problems and support process automation. We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join a continuously evolving team.

Responsibilities:

Client interaction: Understand client operations, identify business problems, and help articulate requirements
Solution design: Develop and evaluate alternative solution concepts aligned with best practices
Proposal support: Contribute to proposals by reviewing requirements and shaping solution concepts with architects and developers
Implementation support: Manage business analysis activities, finalize functional specifications, and support development
Quality & delivery: Assist with testing, demos, documentation, and handover processes

Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology
5–10+ years of experience in business analysis for complex or greenfield applications
Strong structured, consultative mindset
Ability to approach problems from both business and technical perspectives
Knowledge of or openness to automation technologies (RPA, Workflow, MS Power Platform)
Experience with modeling tools (UML, data modeling)
Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps
Understanding of Agile and traditional project methodologies
Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
Professional English proficiency
Experience in enterprise environments and complex project delivery
