We are looking for a colleague for our international partner company for the following position:
Safety System, Insight & Incident Specialist
Administering, maintaining and continuously improving internal OSH systems and tools, ensuring reliability, usability and data integrity.
Acting as the central point of contact for incident management, coordinating reporting, tracking and follow up activities.
Ensuring consistent, timely and high quality incident reporting, including proper documentation and data completeness.
Monitoring incident status, data quality and trends across regions, supporting transparent tracking from notification to closure.
Consolidating incident data and insights to support preventive actions, lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, supporting the transition from Excel based reporting.
Collaborating with IT and Business Intelligence teams to ensure accurate, consistent and reliable data for decision making.
Providing regular reports, analyses and insights to regional OSH teams and key stakeholders.
Creating and maintaining training materials, user guides and documentation for systems and reporting tools.
Providing first line system support, troubleshooting issues and supporting end users in effective system usage.
Maintaining and structuring SharePoint based OSH platforms to ensure accessible and up to date information.
Managing multiple system, reporting and incident related tasks simultaneously in a structured and pragmatic way.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Safety Management, Engineering or related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in OSH, data analysis, reporting, systems support or similar environment.
Practical experience with incident management processes including reporting, tracking and closure follow up.
Hands on experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong MS Office skills and basic data modeling knowledge.
Experience working with databases or structured systems, SQL or Azure knowledge is an advantage.
Strong understanding of data accuracy and the importance of reliable safety reporting.
Fluent English knowledge.
Ability to work effectively in an international environment and handle sensitive information.
